CED staff members participated in the Talking Time AAC Summer Camp hosted by Exceptional Possibilities. AAC stands for augmentative and alternative communication, and is used by individuals who are nonverbal or have difficulty communicating. WVU Medicine Children's and IMPACT WV open new clinic to help families with infants diagnosed with neonatal abstinence syndrome

WVU Medicine Children's and the IMPACT WV program have partnered to open a new follow-up clinic for infants diagnosed with neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS) and their families. A multi-disciplinary team offers assessments and guidance to participants.
