The WVU Center for Excellence in Disabilities (CED) is excited to be participating in the WVU Day of Giving this year on March 26, 2025!
What is WVU Day of Giving?
A one-day, 24-hour fundraising opportunity designed to bring people together to give toward a cause close to their hearts. Participants are encouraged to use social media and email to help spread the word and raise funds for the schools, departments or programs that matter most to them. This year, anyone who donates to WVU Day of Giving can select the CED as the recipient of their gift!
How can I get involved?
- Post about Day of Giving on social media using the hashtags #WVUDayofGiving and #SupportWVUCED.
- Become a WVU Day of Giving ambassador and receive a personalized URL to help drive donations. The top five registered ambassadors who inspire the most gifts will get a prize!
- Share your story! Ever been a client at the CED? Had a family member receive services? Were you a trainee? Are you a professional who works with our programs or makes referrals to us? Make your posts as personal as you'd like to help spread the word!
- Give on March 26 and select the CED as the program you'd like to support. We appreciate any gift, no matter how small or large (although there is a $5 minimum on donations).
