WV Birth to Three to hold public hearings for revisions to state plan
Public hearings will be held May 7-9 in Charleston, Elkins and Morgantown.

West Virginia Birth to Three will be holding public hearings in May to accept comments on revisions to their state plan. This is an opportunity to have your voice heard and help shape future plans for Birth to Three.
Public hearing dates and locations:
- May 7, 2025 from 1-3 p.m.
WV Birth to Three RAU Three in the Connect Child Care Resource and Referral Training Room
1 Player's Drive, Charleston, WV - May 8, 2025 from 1-3 p.m.
Randolph County DHHR Office
Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV - May 9, 2025 from 1-3 p.m.

If special accommodations are needed for persons with disabilities, those with hearing impairments or those in need of translation from English, those individuals should contact Candy Morgan at 304-414-0641 at least three days in advance of the hearing date to allow for necessary arrangements.
